- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆18.03.2018NereaCheck the product is fit for purpose! We needed flooring for our open plan kitchen, and after 6 months it is full of scratches. Although the scratches are our fault, I would argue we should have been advised better to buy a product that can withstand kids/ daily wear and tear- the wood is incredibly sensiitive, and although aiden helped initially to fix a few problems, he quickly lost interest and we have not heard from him despite leaving several messages. Very poor customer service.
