  Extremely rude both in person and via email once we had signed the contract, hired a cleaner towards the end of our tenancy that stole some of our belongings including an iPhone, when confronted about it the denied and defended them. If the landlord had not been cc'd in an email they would have never been polite.
  We will never use this agency again and advise anyone else not to.
